O.F. Social Publisher is a desktop workflow for authorized Oculus Fontis creators to prepare and post their own short videos to connected social media accounts. This policy applies to that workflow only.
When an account owner authorizes a platform connection, the workflow uses the account identifier and OAuth access granted by that platform. It uses the videos and captions selected by the account owner. It records a local publishing receipt containing the file path, file hash, platform, time, and returned post identifier or status.
The workflow uses this information to validate media, submit a requested post, check its status, and avoid accidental duplicate submissions. The video and caption are sent only to the platform selected for publishing: TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Those platforms process the content under their own policies. We do not sell the workflow's account information.
Publishing receipts and OAuth tokens are stored on the account owner's computer. Videos remain in their selected local location unless the owner sends them to a platform. The owner can remove local tokens and receipts from the computer. Published content and platform records are managed through the relevant platform account.
Only the authorized account owner should connect an account or request publication. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information controlled by Oculus Fontis, email info@oculusfontis.com. Platform content and account access can also be managed directly in each platform's settings.
We may update this page as the workflow changes. The effective date above identifies this version.
